Drury Inn & Suites Amarillo

This is a very nice hotel! They have everything you need: fridge, microwave, comfortable beds, laundry facility even. The people who work here are SO nice and helpful, which was a very nice welcome back to Texas for me. I missed breakfast, but the dinner buffet was superb, and the complimentary drinks were a fantastic surprise (the red wine was perfection)! If I happen through Amarillo again I will gladly stay here.

I will forever come to Drury inn and suites! Service was amazing everyone was super friendly! My favorite part was talking to Viktor! He was an amazing bartender! Btw he needs a raise because he was so awesome! He made our stay super pleasurable! The rooms are clean and the beds and pillows are so comfy! In this world of customer service, this hotel is hands down has the best! It’s been I’ve a real pleasure staying! Free breakfast buffet and free dinner buffet! Pet friendly as well! 5 stars for the housekeeping staff! The floors smelled like bleach in the general bathroom loved it and I could see fresh mop in the morning. The room smelled like lemon & fresh scent, I knew it would be clean as soon as I smelled that. The counter tops didn’t have any water marks, the marble flooring is CLEAN!!! The bathtub and the shower curtains were clean!! THANK GOD! The house keeping staff deserves a RAISE!! A gem in Amarillo, definitely recommend this place and will be coming back for the standard of cleaning and upkeep. Housekeeping is the **A TEAM! ** Booked the king size bedroom.

This hotel was a good stay. The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean and well appointed and we had no issues with our stay. The only negative would be that one of the elevators wasn’t working an it took longer than it should to get up and down the stairs. On the plus side they took proactive action and put a staff member in the elevator to make the doors close faster and speed things along. I would stay again.

This hotel has good customer service. They have free hot breakfast, and free hot dinner (good food) every night starting at 5 until 7, they include 3 alcoholic beverages (per person, for of age persons) at dinner and it's all included in your room rate. The rooms are large and beds are comfortable. Id stay here again.

Solo mom traveling with my young child and I highly recommend this hotel. Staff were extremely kind from the moment we walked in. They had little bags of free popcorn for guests and free fountain sodas, along with a small market with microwave meals and snacks for purchase. Free breakfast with waffles, biscuits/gravy, and many other items. Parking lot had good lighting and overall seemed very safe. I will definitely stay again when traveling through.

This hotel offers a great location and an easy stop if you are traveling through. Big shout out to Kimberli at the front desk who was absolutely the best! Our room was clean and comfortable. We missed the free dinner and drinks, but the free breakfast was very good.

At check-in Marquise was super friendly and helpful. He asked pertinent questions in order to place us in the most appropriate room. Like other Drury Hotels, the rooms were very nice and pleasantly decorated. The entire property was immaculate. Lobby and breakfast areas were particularly light and roomy, with lots of seating and areas in which to chat. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Great service and cleanliness there as well.
